• Use as stabilizer, dispersant, viscous reducer, antiblocking agent, anticaking agent in powder products.
• Surface cleaners, dishwashing detergents, liquid soaps, hand wash.
• Used to extract pentosans and lignin in paper industry.

Storage & Handling

Normal safety precautions (i.e. gloves and safety goggles) should be employed when handling Sodium Xylene Sulfonate. Contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided. Wash thoroughly after handling material.

Sodium Xylene Sulfonate should be stored in closed containers and kept in a cool, dry place.
